Job Description:
We are looking to fill the position of Property Care Assistant to work a part-time flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week.
Ideal candidates would be passionate about their work and the world around them, take pride in ensuring our guests receive the best possible service and bring a sense of self and fun to all they do.
The Property Care Assistant is responsible for helping to maintain the standards set for each VPMS rental property by doing thorough check out inspections after each guest's stay and submitting a detailed report based upon each inspection.
Additionally, they will be responsible for performing a bi-monthly inventory of supplies, delivering new supplies to properties, stocking supply closet shelves, and running items to guests as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Performs high-quality work with excellent attention to detail Good communication skills to communicate with guests and other staff A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task is required Perform inspections after each guest check out and submit a report with findings Complete bi-monthly supply inventory at each property and deliver needed supplies Experience and Skills:
Ability to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times Customer focused and able to solve problems effectively Excellent verbal communication skills Great problem solver A positive attitude and ability to multi-task Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Customer service experience is preferred Computer savvy, proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Forms Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage fluctuating workload and changing schedule Ability to climb steps and lift/carry items up to 40 lbs.
