Applicants must be at least 18 with reliable transportation, positive attitude, team player, ability to multitask, good communication and organizational skills, and a desire to work as efficiently as possible.
Must have excellent customer service, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for completing labor allocations, generating daily reports using the resort- reservation program, coordinating daily work assignments for housekeepers and supervisors and assigning and collecting employee keys daily.
Office Assistant also receives and dispatches telephone calls throughout the day and processes payroll.
