50 an hour Massanutten Resort Job Summary The WaterPark Guest Services Lead Supervisor performs a variety of customer relations services at Massanutten WaterPark related to retail, merchandising, and admission functions.
Their primary responsibilities include admissions sales, assisting customers on the retail sales floor, and ensuring daily sales targets and client satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities also include greeting guest and answering incoming phone calls, maintaining the cleanliness of the retail sales floor, arranging retail displays, and assisting with retail inventory.
Will also assist with the WaterPark Guest Services Assistant Manager with supervision of department operations as need arises.
Prior experience in working with the public is preferred and must have excellent communication skills.
Required Must be at least 18 Ability to communicate effectively with guest of all ages Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task Preferred Proven supervisor and customer service experience Typical Schedule Days:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
